
Clive Davis left 108 Leonard Street almost as quickly as he bought it.
The 91-year-old music legend has sold her fifth-floor Tribeca apartment in the historic building for $4.6 million. according to the city register of property. That’s almost the same price as the $4.59 million he paid for it in 2021.
The three bedroom, 3½ bath home is 2,448 square feet. It opens into a foyer and features a large corner room with 12-foot ceilings and plenty of windows. Details include wide oak floors, an open chef’s kitchen and plenty of storage space.
The iconic 16-story 19th-century building was designed by McKim, Mead & White. It once housed the grand headquarters of the New York Life Insurance Company before being converted to condominiums in 2018.
The massive building occupies the block between Lafayette Street and Broadway and has a paparazzi-proof garage and three separate entrances.


The element of privacy has also made the building attractive to celebrities such as Nicole Kidman and her husband, country singer Keith Urban, Gimme said exclusively. The building has a swimming pool, hot tub and gym.
Davis, a five-time Grammy Award winner, is the subject of a documentary currently streaming on Netflix called Clive Davis: The Soundtrack of Our Lives.
