Bowlero bowling stock is a strike for investors, Stiefel says. The firm began its coverage of the bowling alley company with a buy rating and a price target of $26 per share. This represents more than 70% upside from the stock’s previous close of $15.20. Shares rose 5% on Tuesday on the back of the note. “We mean that we believe that BOWL is at the start of a compelling growth story with a dominant position in a fragmented market, a rich set of asset pooling opportunities, a successful acquisition and margin expansion plan, and strong long-term tailwinds. Stifel analyst Steven Weczynski said. BOWL YTD Mountain Stifel begins coverage of Bowlero with a buy recommendation in combination with a $26/share target price. Stiefel drew attention to Bowelro’s governance structure, which is one of the fundamental factors on which investors should own shares. Wechinski added that the company lacks competition in this space given their presence. Bowlero’s net bowling segment accounts for 49.6% of total revenue, with food and beverages accounting for 35.3%, according to FactSet. “Putting it all together, it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered history in our universe with such strong growth characteristics,” Weczynski added. “We believe the founder-led management team has a proven track record of delivering BOWL’s growth strategy and has unparalleled industry knowledge and experience in a niche area.” Bowlero shares are up more than 18% year-to-date.
